The promotion offered varies for each person. You will receive one of the following offers
- Free night at Category 1-4 hotel after second stay (max 2 free nights)
- Free night at Category 1-5 hotel after second stay (max 2 free nights)
- 25,000 points after 15 paid nights, plus 15,000 more points after 20 nights (max 40,000 Marriott Points)
- 35,000 points after 20 paid nights, plus 15,000 more points after 25 nights (max 50,000 Marriott Points)
- 35,000 points after 20 paid nights, plus 2,000 more points for every additional paid night (max 55,000 Marriott Points)
This is the standard Marriott promotion that we see a few times each year. The real value is if you get the Free night at Category 1-5 hotel after your second stay (max 2 free nights) promotion. This is the best promotion from the list because you could get 2 free nights for only 4 nights. Here is a list of all the category 5 hotels available for you to redeem your free night.

Verdict
I’ve stayed many many nights at the Marriott in the past and when it comes to their points promotions they are rather predictable and not that exciting. As mentioned the best promotion from the list of possibilities is the free night in the Category 1-5 hotels, but there are only a few category 1-5 hotels in major European cities. You will have to travel further to Asia to make good use of these free nights.
